Basic Life Support (BLS) Training – Booking Process

Book Your BLS Training in 6 Simple Steps

Our Basic Life Support (BLS) training is designed to ensure staff maintain the knowledge and practical skills needed to respond confidently in emergency situations. Booking your training is straightforward, and our team will guide you through every stage of the process.

Step 1 – Check Training Availability

We begin by contacting our approved BLS training provider to identify available training dates. This ensures we can offer sessions that best meet the needs of our staff.

Step 2 – Confirm Attendance

Managers or team leads confirm the number of staff members requiring BLS training. This allows us to allocate places and ensure sufficient training resources are available.

Step 3 – Secure the Venue

Once attendance has been confirmed, a suitable venue is selected and booked. The venue provides the appropriate space and facilities for both the theoretical and practical elements of the course.

Step 4 – Confirm the Booking

The training date, participant numbers, and venue details are confirmed with the training provider to secure the session.

Step 5 – Invoice and Payment

The training provider issues an invoice, which is processed by our finance team. Once payment has been completed, the booking is officially confirmed.

Step 6 – You're All Set!

A confirmation email is sent to all participants with:

  • Training date and time

  • Venue details

  • Course information

  • Any pre-course requirements

  • Contact details for any questions

Ready for Training!

Once these steps have been completed, your BLS training is fully booked. We look forward to welcoming you to the session and supporting you in maintaining your life-saving skills.
